Juniors (Ages 6 - 12)
This Program has been designed to enrich vital human characteristics such as Confidence, Self-Control, Discipline, Perserverance and Integrity.
Classes are structured physical workouts that teach realistic self-defense techniques as well as “traditional” Martial Arts skills that improve balance, coordination and memorization.
Adults & Teens
Each class will challenge participants physically and teach realistic self-defense.
Our high-energy approach to training combined with goalsetting, balanced with a traditional Martial Art will keep everyone motivated.
The pricing for the Junior Program & Adult/Teen Program are the same.
We offer a THREE MONTH, SIX MONTH, and ANNUAL Membership with the average monthly payments of 0nly $150.

Little Ninjas (Ages 4 - 6)
This Program is for children that are not ready for the Junior Program. We have fun and teach basic techniques and kicks. More importantly we work on listening skills and self- control to prepare them for our Junior Program and to help them in school.
